Welcome to Nordic Portrait Studio. By accessing our website or services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Nordic Portrait Studio offers a variety of photography services including Family Portraits, Corporate Headshots, Wedding Photography, Newborn Sessions, Pet Portraits, and Graduation Photos.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information when booking services and to comply with all applicable laws while using our services.

4. Payment Terms and Conditions

All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment as specified during the booking process.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Liability Limitations

Nordic Portrait Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The photographs taken by Nordic Portrait Studio are owned by us until full payment is received. Usage rights are granted upon receipt of payment.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take appropriate measures to protect your data.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or governmental actions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Oslo.
